Home Energy Audits
Did you know that General Heating & Cooling, LLC is a Gold Star Approved Building Performance Institute (BPI) Accredited Company? We are in the process of opening up a new division within GH&C to offer our current customers and future customers the option to increase the energy efficiency of their home.
Currently, our Auditor is certified BPI Trained in both Envelope and Building Analyst Professional. In addition to, furthering his educational advancement, he is currently in the process in obtaining his certification as a Heating Professional as well as an AC and Heat Pump Professional.

By our Dare to Compare campaign, we mean that most company’s say they will waive the service call fee if work is performed, but what they don’t say is the diagnostic fee the customer is charge for after the work completed already incorporates the service call fee anyway.
AT GH&C, we set that price at a flat fee of $65.00. We understand that you rely on us to be the professionals and this is our commitment to you, our $65.00 Service and Diagnostic Fee is the price you pay for us to come to your house to assess your unit’s problems.
